Terms of Service

1. The service
MICHI Inbox is run by MICHI Corporation Co., Ltd. (“MICHI”, “we”). It forwards the messages people send to connected Facebook Pages into a private workspace of the business that runs each Page. It does not send messages to anyone.
2. Who may use it
Only businesses that MICHI has agreed to serve, for the Pages they run, and the people they authorise. MICHI Inbox is not offered to the public and nobody signs up for it.
3. If you send a message to a connected Page
You do not need to do or agree to anything here. Sending a message to a Page is covered by Meta’s terms and by the Page itself. How we handle your message is set out in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time (Data deletion).
4. What businesses using MICHI Inbox agree to
- use forwarded messages only to read and answer the messages sent to their Page;
- follow Meta’s Platform Terms and Messenger policies, and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act;
- keep the workspace room open only to the people who need it;
- act on the deletion and other requests that we pass to them.
5. Availability
MICHI Inbox is provided “as is”. A message may arrive late or, rarely, not at all; the Page’s inbox at Meta remains the complete record. MICHI may change, suspend or end the service, and stops forwarding a Page when the business that runs it asks or is no longer served.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, MICHI is not liable for indirect loss, or for messages that are delayed or not forwarded.
7. Meta
MICHI Inbox uses Meta’s Messenger Platform. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Meta.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

1. บริการ
MICHI Inbox ดำเนินการโดยบริษัท มิจิ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (“MICHI” หรือ “เรา”) ทำหน้าที่ส่งต่อข้อความที่ผู้คนส่งถึงเพจ Facebook ที่เชื่อมไว้ เข้าไปยังพื้นที่ทำงานส่วนตัวของธุรกิจที่ดูแลเพจนั้น และไม่ส่งข้อความถึงผู้ใด
2. ผู้ที่ใช้บริการได้
เฉพาะธุรกิจที่ MICHI ตกลงให้บริการ สำหรับเพจที่ธุรกิจนั้นดูแล และบุคคลที่ธุรกิจนั้นมอบหมาย MICHI Inbox ไม่ได้เปิดให้บุคคลทั่วไปใช้ และไม่มีการสมัครใช้งาน
3. หากคุณส่งข้อความถึงเพจที่เชื่อมไว้
คุณไม่ต้องทำหรือตกลงสิ่งใดที่นี่ การส่งข้อความถึงเพจเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ Meta และของเพจนั้นเอง วิธีที่เราดูแลข้อความของคุณอยู่ใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว และคุณขอให้ลบข้อมูลได้ทุกเมื่อ (การลบข้อมูล)
4. สิ่งที่ธุรกิจผู้ใช้ MICHI Inbox ตกลง
- ใช้ข้อความที่ส่งต่อมาเพียงเพื่ออ่านและตอบข้อความที่ส่งถึงเพจของตน
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดแพลตฟอร์มและนโยบาย Messenger ของ Meta และพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562
- เปิดห้องในพื้นที่ทำงานให้เฉพาะผู้ที่จำเป็นต้องเห็น
- ดำเนินการตามคำขอลบข้อมูลและคำขออื่นที่เราส่งต่อให้
5. ความพร้อมของบริการ
MICHI Inbox ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ ข้อความอาจมาถึงช้า หรือในบางกรณีอาจไม่มาถึง กล่องข้อความของเพจที่ Meta ยังเป็นบันทึกที่ครบถ้วน MICHI อาจเปลี่ยนแปลง ระงับ หรือยุติบริการได้ และจะหยุดส่งต่อข้อความของเพจใดเมื่อธุรกิจที่ดูแลเพจนั้นขอ หรือเมื่อไม่ได้ให้บริการแก่ธุรกิจนั้นแล้ว
6. ความรับผิด
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต MICHI ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม หรือต่อข้อความที่ล่าช้าหรือไม่ได้ส่งต่อ
7. Meta
MICHI Inbox ใช้ Messenger Platform ของ Meta แต่ไม่ได้สร้าง รับรอง หรือสนับสนุนโดย Meta
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ วันที่ด้านบนแสดงฉบับปัจจุบัน
9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย
