Data deletion

You can ask at any time for the data MICHI Inbox holds about you to be deleted. You never signed in to MICHI Inbox, so there is no app to remove from your Facebook account: send us a request as below.
What we delete
- the copies of your messages and attachments that were forwarded into the business’s workspace, with your name;
- the “answered” lines for the Page’s replies to you.
Everything else MICHI Inbox holds deletes itself: your name in our cache within 1 day, messages on the way within 4 days at most, message IDs within 7 days, logs within 7 days (they never contain your messages or name). Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How to ask
Email contact@michi.co.th with the subject “Data deletion request” (or “ขอลบข้อมูล”), and tell us:
- the name of the Facebook Page you sent messages to;
- the name on your Facebook account;
- roughly when you sent the messages.
To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to send a short code we give you to the same Page from the same Facebook account.
What happens next
We delete the data within 30 days of confirming the request and tell you by email when it is done. If the law requires the business to keep something, we tell you what and why.
What this does not delete
Your conversation in Messenger itself is held by Meta and by the Page, not by MICHI Inbox. You can delete messages on your side in Messenger; ask the Page about its side. Messages you send to the Page after your request are forwarded as before.

คุณขอให้ลบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณที่ MICHI Inbox เก็บไว้ได้ทุกเมื่อ เนื่องจากคุณไม่เคยเข้าสู่ระบบ MICHI Inbox จึงไม่มีแอปที่ต้องถอดออกจากบัญชี Facebook ของคุณ ให้ส่งคำขอถึงเราตามวิธีด้านล่าง
ข้อมูลที่เราลบ
- สำเนาข้อความและไฟล์แนบของคุณที่ส่งต่อเข้าพื้นที่ทำงานของธุรกิจ พร้อมชื่อของคุณ
- บรรทัด “ตอบแล้ว” ของคำตอบที่เพจส่งถึงคุณ
ข้อมูลอื่นที่ MICHI Inbox เก็บไว้จะลบตัวเองตามเวลา ได้แก่ ชื่อของคุณในแคชของเราภายใน 1 วัน ข้อความระหว่างส่งต่อภายใน 4 วันเป็นอย่างช้า รหัสข้อความภายใน 7 วัน และบันทึกทางเทคนิคภายใน 7 วัน (ซึ่งไม่มีข้อความหรือชื่อของคุณ) รายละเอียดอยู่ใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
วิธีส่งคำขอ
ส่งอีเมลถึง contact@michi.co.th หัวข้อ “Data deletion request” หรือ “ขอลบข้อมูล” พร้อมแจ้ง
- ชื่อเพจ Facebook ที่คุณส่งข้อความถึง
- ชื่อบนบัญชี Facebook ของคุณ
- ช่วงเวลาโดยประมาณที่ส่งข้อความ
เพื่อยืนยันว่าคำขอมาจากคุณจริง เราอาจขอให้คุณส่งรหัสสั้น ๆ ที่เราให้ ไปยังเพจเดิมจากบัญชี Facebook เดิม
หลังจากนั้น
เราจะลบข้อมูลภายใน 30 วันนับจากยืนยันคำขอแล้ว และแจ้งทางอีเมลเมื่อลบเสร็จ หากมีข้อมูลที่ธุรกิจต้องเก็บไว้ตามกฎหมาย เราจะแจ้งว่าเป็นข้อมูลใดและเพราะเหตุใด
สิ่งที่คำขอนี้ไม่ได้ลบ
บทสนทนาใน Messenger อยู่กับ Meta และเพจ ไม่ได้อยู่กับ MICHI Inbox คุณลบข้อความฝั่งของคุณได้ใน Messenger ส่วนฝั่งของเพจให้สอบถามกับเพจโดยตรง ข้อความที่คุณส่งถึงเพจหลังจากส่งคำขอแล้วจะยังถูกส่งต่อตามปกติ
